This is a positive spin on what Trump means for women in business. Women in Cayman, we need to take this onboard more than ever before. I strongly believe that one of the biggest obstacles to women getting to the top is other women. Let's change that for each other. The glass ceiling can only be shattered when we support each other and embrace each other's power instead of fearing it.
